'Hireacamera are excited to present the Fujifilm X100VI. This camera follows the same form factor that we have come to know and love from this range, but don’t let looks deceive! The adoption of the XT5 image sensor allows for 40.2 megapixel stills, whilst the cutting edge X Processor 5, allows for 10-bit video at up to 6.2K resolution. The addition of in body image stabilisation is also a great step forward for both stills and video users!'  

The sixth iteration of the original X Series camera, the FUJIFILM X100VI seamlessly blends a tactile, dial-based design with Fujifilm’s latest digital imaging technologies.

It takes the 40.2-megapixel X Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor and X-Processor 5 imaging engine from the FUJIFILM X-T5 and X-H2, and packs it into a body reminiscent of analogue film cameras. Together, they deliver detail-rich still images and broadcast-ready video up to 6.2K.

An improved autofocus performance, thanks to the state-of-the-art AF algorithm and deep-learning AI technology, produces pin-sharp results frame after frame. A broader range of subjects can now be successfully tracked, including animals, birds and vehicles, as well as people.

Image quality is exceptional from the fixed 23mmF2 lens, plus extra versatility is offered by the 1.4x and 2x digital teleconverter functions. An internal four-stop ND filter and 20 unique Film Simulation modes, including the latest REALA ACE, add further creative choices; while the in-body image stabilisation system offers up to 6.0 stops of security when working in low light or shooting handheld video.

40.2-megapixel resolution

Combining the X-Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor and X-Processor 5 imaging engine means the X100VI is built for both speed and precision. Compared to its predecessor, the X100V, it delivers 1.5x more resolution at almost twice the speed.

Improved autofocus with AI

The X100VI uses an improved AF algorithm and deep-learning AI technology to broaden the range of recognised subjects. Now animals, birds and vehicles – along with people – can be successfully acquired, then tracked, boosting the focus hit rate.

IBIS – a first for the X100 series

When the light gets low or you’re creating handheld video footage, the X100VI’s in-body image stabilisation (IBIS) system has your back. Internal gyro sensors minimise the impact of camera shake by detecting movements and vibrations across five axes, for a benefit of up to 6.0 stops.

Professional video

Get professional-quality video straight out of camera in resolutions up to 6.2K/30p. Headline features aside, the X100VI also offers a broad swathe of movie settings and overrides, including two F-Log functions which enable you to stay in control all the way through the editing process.
