We currently have a full-time vacancy for a Customer Service Associate within a busy, friendly camera hire department based near Mayfield, East Sussex. During a typical day, you’ll:
• Answer telephone and email queries
• Confirm orders with clients
• Manage customer accounts
• Build relationships with production companiesAll of which full training will be provided for!
What you’ll bring to the role:
• A friendly confident telephone and email manner
• Ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast paced environment
• Great people skills both face-to-face and over the phone
• A positive addition to the Hireacamera familyOh, and don’t forget we’d love to see you self-develop and improve your skills in the role and the wider business – we’ll support you with that too! The benefits:
• Weekends and bank holidays off
• Casual dress
• Sick pay (once completed probation)

• Employee referral schemePlease note we are in a rural location, not serviced that well by public transport. Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday Wage: £23,500- £25,500
